tip: When you feel the early twinges of recurring runner’s knee, immediately give up pace goals and shorten your stride.

    I am not sure if I have “runner’s knee” but I definitely have a bit of a sensitive knee. I tried your advice by changing to a shorter stride, and I think it worked… (or I was so focused on my stride that I could not feel my twitchy knee :D). Thank you for the tip.
