tip: Sure, some runners fare better doing positive splits (running the first half of a race faster than the second half), but most get better results from the opposite.

    Ha – is that a tip or the summation of a debate position? ; ) In all seriousness – can you talk about the evidence you see supporting that position? It seems to run counter to the prevailing wisdom and I’m interested in learning more.
