Healthy Vegan Friday #6

Healthy Vegan Friday #6

Woo hoo it is FRIDAY! Lucky me I have today off for President’s Day and am on my way to Ithaca for a very special event that I will share with you all soon.

This week’s Healthy Vegan Fridays was a nail biter. Each time I checked the stats to see which recipes were getting the most click throughs, there were 3 or 4 that were tied! Once the linky closed, there was still a tie for 3rd place, so this week there are 4 top recipes as voted by you guys.

Wow – so cool! Is it okay to submit two recipes? I feel a little guilty now, but thank you!

Thanks so much for featuring my black bean bars! The other two dishes you picked were amongst my favourites from last week too :) I’m going savoury with my submission for this week, although it is still a sweet-ish savoury – apple, beetroot and carrot salad with walnuts.
