Healthy Vegan Fridays #11

Healthy Vegan Fridays #11

It’s finally Friday! It feels like this week lasted forever. Spring officially began last week but around here it is still winter. We’ve had temperatures in the 20s and snow! I am really hoping Spring arrives soon because I am getting really tired of winter. Last weekend I ran a half marathon, you can read all about it if you’re curious how it turned out for me.

Make sure you read all the way to the end of this post to see if you are the lucky winner of the Peanut Butter & Co. giveaway! Onto the delicious recipe submissions from last week.
