Vegans are known for loving hummus and I am certainly no exception. Besides, don’t you know that #hummusisafoodgroup ?? Hummus is super versatile. While my preferred method of hummus consumption is with crackers or veggies, it can also be used as a salad dressing, smeared on bread, added to wraps, etc. Also, please don’t limit your hummus making to chickpeas only!
