Meatless Monday: Indian Food

Meatless Monday: Indian Food

I have always loved Indian food, long before I ever considered following a plant-based diet. Now I love Indian food even more, if that is even possible! There are so many wonderful Indian food recipes that are naturally plant-based.

One of my favorite bloggers, Vegan Richa, has an endless number of amazing Indian food recipes. Today I am going to share three of my favorite main dishes on her site.

I know, they all look so good! I would love Indian night. I try to sneak in as much curry as I can into the dinner rotation.

Mmm, you can’t go wrong with a solid Indian curry. Even in the heat of Hawaii, I still crave it!

There are several ways for taking 3D pictures and for most
of them the viewer needs some special glasses for seeing 3D effect.
