For New Year’s Eve I like to have a buffet of snacks to munch on throughout the day and into the night. Grazing is my favorite way to eat!

Buffalo Hummus by Matt Frazier~Angela from Oh She Glows shared this recipe back in October when the No Meat Athlete book was released. Hummus combined with the tangy, burn-your-lips spiciness of buffalo sauce, perfect!

Roasted Kale Chips with Sea Salt and Vinegar from Kalyn’s Kitchen~There are a TON of different variations on kale chips available all over the internet, but these are one of my favorites. I’ve also made a cheezy version which is fabulous as well.

    That layered dip looks wonderful! I don’t use kidney beans enough so this is being made for sure.
    I love the idea of a snack buffet for NYE. Put me in front of a table of veggies and dips and I’m a happy girl!
