I discovered The Illustrated Guide to Vegan Delight this week and totally fell in love with Jackie’s sense of humor and her amazing drawings. She shared one of my favorite pre-vegan foods, Poutine, this week in veganized form, yay!
Naked Vegan Lunch is doing a Seinfeld theme and featured one of my favorites this week, The Muffin Tops, Episode #155. I wholeheartedly agree with Elaine that the muffin top is the best part, plus lemon poppy seed is one of my favorite flavors of muffin.
Kristina from Spabettie shared these amazing looking Buffalo Jack Sliders made with jack fruit. I have yet to find this elusive ingredient, but with Kristina’s recipe fresh in my mind I am more determined than ever to find it!
Vegan Richa is one of my favorite vegan blogs for both her amazing food and photography. This Tempeh Scramble Jalapeno Popper Dip Broccoli Wrap combines so many of my favorite foods that I wish I had one right now! I mean seriously, jalapeno popper dip? Yum.
Shannon from Leaves & Flours caught my attention with these gorgeous Almond Biscotti. Her inspiration for these delightful cookies? None other than Isa Chandra’s Cranberry White Chocolate Biscotti from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar.
