Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 05/05/13: Strengthening Exercises for Patellofemoral Syndrome

Monday 05/06/13: Ran 1.5 miles

Tuesday 05/07/13: REST Day

Wednesday 05/08/13: Physical Therapy, Stretching & Foam Roller, Ran 1.7 miles

Thursday 05/09/13: Physical Therapy

Friday 05/10/13: Spin Class

Saturday 05/11/13: Stretching & Foam Roller, Ran 1.7 miles

Weekly Totals:

Running: 4.9 miles

Physical Therapy: 1 hour

Spinning: 1 hour

    I was determined to cross the finish line of 10k. I did, but it took much longer than I had intended. Maybe it’s time to cut down on the iced cappucino.
