Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 05/12/13: Swimming 650 yards

Monday 05/13/13: REST Day

Tuesday 05/14/13: Ran 2.7 miles

Wednesday 05/15/13: Strengthening exercises for patellofemoral tracking syndrome, Stretching & Foam Roller, Stride Intervals for 1.7 miles

Thursday 05/16/13: Steady State Threshold Run-3.6 miles

Friday 05/17/13: Spin Class

Saturday 05/18/13: REST Day

Weekly Totals:

Running: 8 miles

Swimming: 650 yards

Spinning: 1 hour
