Sunday 06/09/13: Dirty Duathlon Trail Run-4.2 miles
Monday 06/10/13: REST Day
Tuesday 06/11/13: REST Day
Wednesday 06/12/13: Brick Workout: Bike Ride 8 miles; Fartlek Intervals-2 miles + Stretching & Foam Roller
Thursday 06/13/13: Stretching Exercises
Friday 06/14/13: Stretching & Strengthening Exercises + Foam Roller, “Baby” Brick Workout: Swam 500 yards, Ran 2.2 miles (Steady State Threshold Run)
Saturday 06/15/13: REST Day
Running: 8.4 miles
Swimming: 500 yards
Cycling: 8 miles

I did not have a great week as far as exercise goes. I had to work late 2 days and then travel with my son 2 days. I hate making excuses, but there you go, I did anyways! Three weeks to go until my first triathlon of the season.
