Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 06/23/13: Ran 3 miles (holy hell it was hot!)

Monday 06/24/13: Spin Class (12 miles)

Tuesday 06/25/13: Stretching

Wednesday 06/26/13: Swam 1000 yards

Thursday 06/27/13: Ran 2.4 miles, stretching

Friday 06/28/13: 11 miles Bike Ride

Saturday 06/29/13: Swam 1200 yards

Weekly Totals:

Running: 5.4 miles

Swimming: 2200 yards

Cycling: 23 miles
