Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 06/30/13: Rest Day

Monday 07/01/13: Stride Intervals 2.4 miles, Stretching + Foam Roller

Tuesday 07/02/13: Fartlek Intervals 2.5 miles, Stretching + Foam Roller

Wednesday 07/03/13: Swam 1200 yards (Endurance Workout)

Thursday 07/04/13: Ran 2.6 miles

Friday 07/05/13: Rest Day

Saturday 07/06/13: Tri in the Buff Sprint Triathlon (750 yards swim, 12.5 miles bike, 3.1 miles run)

Weekly Totals:

Running: 10.6 miles

Swimming: 1950 yards

Cycling: 12.5 miles
