Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 07/07/13: Rest Day

Monday 07/08/13: Spin Class (12 miles)

Tuesday 07/09/13: Tempo Run- 3.5 miles

Wednesday 07/10/13: 1000 yards swim

Thursday 07/11/13: Rest Day

Friday 07/12/13: Easy Run-3.9 miles

Saturday 07/13/13: Bike Ride-9 miles

Weekly Totals:

Running: 7.4 miles

Swimming: 1000 yards

Cycling: 21 miles
