Wednesday 07/17/13: Fartlek Intervals-2.5 miles, Swam 850 yards
Thursday 07/18/13: REST Day
Friday 07/19/13: REST Day
Saturday 07/20/13: Swam 1000 yards
Running: 6.7 miles
Swimming: 1880 yards
Cycling: Spin Class

I am not happy to have taken two rest days in a row this week, however, due to other obligations and really hot temperatures, that’s how things panned out.
