Here’s what my weekly workouts looked like:

Sunday 07/21/13: Easy run – 4.12 miles

Monday 07/22/13: Spin Class

Tuesday 07/23/13: Stride Intervals – 3 miles

Wednesday 07/24/13: Easy Run – 2.7 miles

Thursday 07/25/13:  Rest Day

Friday 07/26/13: Swim – 1000 yards

Saturday 07/27/13: Zachary Vigliotta Memorial 5K

Weekly Totals:

Running: 10.9 miles

Swimming: 1000 yards

Cycling: Spin Class
